In the strength area of Connect iOS it keeps adding random exercises (which I have never done). And just as randomly deletes exercises that I routinely do. Any suggestions?

Create a Workout with your exercises, and then execute it, instead of recording just a free Strength activity, where the watch tries to detect which exercise you actually do. If you follow a Workout, the recorded activity will use the exercises in the way they were planned.
