Wallet is shutoff, activate in Garmin connect mobile

I have activated Garmin pay.

After that I put the wallet in my Garmin menu.
When I select the wallet I get the following notification:

Wallet has been disabled. Enable in Garmin connect mobile.

How can I fix this so I can use Garmin pay?
