Time is not updating in watch

Hi, I’ve connected my watch to Garmin connect and selected a setting auto update time but the time on my watch isn’t updating. What should I do?

The time syncs either with GPS (you have to be outdoors and have the GPS activated - i.e. recording an outdoor activity), or with the phone when syncing the Garmin Connect activity.
