Watch in wrong language

Recently bought watch - all set up but watch in wrong language. I have read how to change it but have tried several times - app says Wnglish but I then sync yet watch still foreign.

any tips ?

Try changing the language to another one, and then back to English.

... or, if you bought a pre-owned watch (what it looks like, since all watches come in English by default, AFAIK), then I recommend resetting the watch to factory defaults. Not only it will set back English, but it will also remove all settings, metrics, and data of the previous owner.
