Reading messages and disabling blink notifications

I am unable to locate messages on my watch (paired to IOS apple phone w/latest update) to read and delete them and how do I stop receiving Blink camera notifications.

You handle notifications through the notification center on your phone. That is where you should remove notifcations for the Blink camera.

How Do I Set Up Which Notifications Display on My Garmin Device?

To view notifications on the watch you press up or down to view the glances. One should be notifications or you might have to add it.

Thank you for the response, how do I do that without turning off notifications on my phone as well?

Any ideas on how to access the messages on the watch to read and delete?

You only need to disable notification center for the app.
