Start of week not working correctly, and inconsistent between web and iOS app

I have my "First day of week" setting to Sunday, but on iOS, even though the setting shows correctly, the actual display has Monday as the first day of the week

On the garmin connect website, the setting also reflects the correct value, but the interface itself has Saturday as the first day of the week

ive tried changing and syncing, multiple times to no avail.

Changing the First Day of the Week setting will only be applied to your Garmin Calendar and related features. This will not be applied to Weekly Intensity Minutes, Weekly Challenges, or how you data is displayed in Reports ; This data will always have a weekly start date on a Monday.

Many weekly reports do not have any starting day - they are reports for the last 7 days (in other words, the starting day moves each day)
