Beta question: how does one add a manual activity?

Just joined the Beta version and can’t add a manual activity

You add manual activities by viewing one of the trend cards and clicking the plus sign.

Or the old way that always been there. Menu > Activities > Create manual activitiy

Go to "Edit Home,' then "Edit in Focus" and then show "All Activities Trends." The All Activities panel, now in the "In Focus" section of your home screen, will have a plus sign in the upper right corner. Click on that and you can enter a manual activity.
