How can I set a heart rate zone alert? (IE:when above 100bpm or below 75bmp vibrate)

Is there anyway to set an alert when you reach a certain HR? Seems like a simple product feature

You probably mean Garmin MARQ Adventurer. In that case there are two ways:

Either the "Abnormal Heart Rate Alert" (it works during the day, without having to record any activity)
