Mobile app connection required .

On my watch says (mobile app connection required )it’s locked. I cannot turn off. Can not do anything with it zero access to it Please help I don’t know how to fix it.

Which model do you have? Most Garmin models may be turned off by pressing and holding the Light button for up to ~30s.
