Instinct Solar 2 Surf edition

My Instinct Solar 2 Surf edition is connected to my iPhone but everyday needs a manual refresh to update weather, tides etc...

Any suggestions to make it do automatically?

Keep the Garmin Connect app open (minimally in background). The weather and tide data is being updated automatically every 20 minutes.
