I tried to import an activity but received an error message. It sounds like there is a problem with the file. In that case, please zip the file and attach it to this thread. We can look at it to see what might be wrong.

I have an activity on my Forerunner 25 that won't upload as an activity on Garmin Connect. I think it is showing up as steps but not a running activity. I tried to import the FIT file but received an error message. The Garmin website suggested I zip the file and send for Garmin to see what might be wrong.

Can you attach it here, so we can do exactly that?

    • Zip the file, then in a reply post Insert >> Image/video/file >> click Upload >> browse for file >> OK.
    • Or upload the fit file to a reputable file sharing service, such as OneDriveGoogle DriveDropbox, make the file public, then paste a link to the file in your post.
    • Or if you'd rather your activity remained private, you can send me a private message.
  • I completed a run itoday and my garmin epiX never recorded it on my 5k plan but recorded it on normal connect app.. now it’s showing I’ve still to complete run. Is there anyway to apply it to my 5k plan
