Garmin connect is capturing walking steps but NOT running mileage? This is a new (refurbished) 245 music. Running mileage is going to my wife’s Garmin connect account?
Could you elaborate what exactly you mean? Did tou record a running activity, and it did not sync to Garmin Connect, when you saved it? Or do you expect that the watch detects your run, and saves it automatically? Or was the activity saved without any distance recorded? Posting some screenshots illustrating your issue might help.
Run and all steps are recorded on my watch. When I sync to Garmin Connect it only picks up the steps. My wife also has a Garmin account and my runs are showing up in her account (not steps). Somehow when I added my watch (received a replacement 2 weeks ago) I may have added the watch to her account although not sure why it isn’t receiving the steps as well. I’ll see if I can remove my watch from her account and see what happens
