Garmin Connect Mobile iOS ECG not installing

ECG not installing

No ECG option. I did the software update on my new Epix pro and Connect app. I am in the US.

Any suggestions ?

It looks like you have the original epix pro watch. The ECG App is not compatible with this model. It is only compatible with the Epix pro (Generation 2) version of the Epix series. For a full compatibility list, please see: What Garmin Watches Have the ECG App?

Sorry, it is the Epix pro G2. I got on a chat with Garman and they told me what to do. It is working now. Thanks anyway
