I don't receive voice information while workout

Hi,
I need help. I changed my mobile to iPhone and from that moment I stopped to receive voice information through mobile. Usually I would receive information about Hart rate and tempo on each minute.

Check out the option Audio Prompts, its settings, and test the loudness. You did not tell which watch you use, but often the settings are in device settings » Phone » Audio Prompts
