Are you telling you are missing the data older than a month ago (while having the recent one), or vice versa - having data older than a month, while missing the recent ones?
If you are missing recent data, then please post a link to an activity that you think should have generated a VO₂max value (and hence also the remaining metrics).
Also have a look at the following articles
Hi to be clearer - I've been missing performance data, and training status for at least a month.....I thought it would be useful to also advise my v02 max stopped recording Dec 20
Here is the link to one of my recent activities
I had reviewed the 2 articles sent (thank you) I did review again to ensure I didn't miss anything
Yes, you are right, both activities meet the conditions for a VO₂max value. I do not know why it did not trigger any, but I see suspicious elevation and temperature data at both activities - constant -500m and 46°C. It looks like the sensors are dead. Not sure whether it is related to the missing VO₂max value, and the Training Status, but it may be indeed the case.
I recommend checking your past activities, and finding when the altimeter and thermometer stopped to work, and whether it correlates to the time when the VO₂max & TS disappeared. I also recommend contacting the Support through their web at https://support.garmin.com, since there is little you can do yourself to fix it, besides doing the master reset of the watch to factory defaults
Thanks Trux - did try the restore /master reboot of the watch to factory - no luck.
On the watch, go to the menu » System » About and scroll down to the screen showing the versions of individual components like GPS, BLE/ANT, SNS, ... Have a look at the SNS (Sensor Hub) version. If it shows zero, then the missing elevation and temperature could be due to a failed Sensor Hub firmware update.
... according to the F5S+ Beta v19.00 thread, the SNS version should be 2.41
Wow….thank you!
sensor hub shows 2.41 so “not 0”
Thanks Trux…also tried a hard reset on my watch…that also didn’t work. So may be sensor issue. I’ll reach out to Garmin and let you know
