Random alarm

Hi, I’m having an issue with the alarm on my Garmin Instinct, there are no alarms set but for some unknown reason it alarms every weekday at 4.55am. I have tried resetting but cannot stop this from happening is there any way this can be cleared??thanks

What does the screen show, when the alarm comes? Did you verify that there are really no alarms enabled? Long-press the right-botom button, go to Alarms, and scroll through all of them.

Mine just started doing this at 5am! Did you forget out how to stop it? I can’t!

Hey, yep I was able to remove the alarm as it was in the waych itself not the app. As Trux said above you press the rights bottom button go to alarmas and find and remove the set alarm
