Why after every update does sync not work. I have done everything I know but still not syncing.
Hard to say without knowing your device model. Many problems can be fixed with restarting your phone and the watch, especially after an update. The process varies depending on model. Generally, hold the light button (top left) down, continue holding past the "assistance" alert until it turns off. Then power on again.
If still not syncing, could be that activity needs to be manually uploaded - How Do I Manually Upload an Activity I Recorded to Garmin Connect?
