Continous HR and sleep data not visible/displayed on GarminConnect after synchronizing with watch.

When syncing Garmin Instinct Solar watch, I notice that sleep and heart rate continuous data are not showing on Garmin Connect. All consents of showing these data should be enabled (privacy policies). Both watch and applications are in most up to date forms. How can this be fixed?

First of all verify whether you did not disable the HR sensor in the watch settings, and whether it flashes during the day, and at night. There are separate settings for the sleep, and the sensor can be also disabled by the Battery Saver if you enable it manually, or when the battery is low.

If all of the above is all right, then Remove and Add a Device From the Garmin Connect App | Garmin Customer Support. Then log a few minutes of steps and HR, and record a test activity, sync, and see whether it helped. If not, then have a look at the Troubleshooting guide for (some) data missing after syncing for more tips.

Heart rate data not showing up on Garmin Connect (iOS running the latest version) over the last couple of days…. Fenix 6Pro Solar running FW26.86 beta.

The issue seems to have resolved itself today even though I did not restart phone nor watch!
