I have been blocked

Hi, I bought my garmin today. I will be running half a marathon and that is why I purchased it. I was programing it and syncing it to my phone, I clicked on create a new account and agree to terms but a blocked screen and big red cross appeared. How can I get it fixed to start using the app?

Can you post a screenshot of that blocked screen?

To add the Garmin you do it through Connect Mobile. Can you check this linked Garmin support article to make sure you are setting up ok. Are on IOS or Android?
Possible server problem is first thought. delete Connect app and install again.

You need to add device from within Connect Mobile (not through phone Bluetooth) once you’re setup.
