HR, Music and WiFi problems

For god sake guys, it has been some 5 or 6 weeks since my forerunner 955 solar has been presenting continuous problems. Every update that I do to the watch it stops measuring the HR, Body Batery and GPS.

Besides that, when the HR stops, it keeps saying that the battery is low to search for updates, even if the battery is on 100%.

Also, on the last week another update came and after that I can’t use my musics to listen because it doesn’t start to play.

Come on guys, what the *** is going on with this updates???

Im using software version number 17.26 [DFU-44be53]

Almost the same problem here. No heartrate at my wrist, can’t connect to wifi because of ”low battery”

Hello! My watch suddenly start to work normally again, I didn’t update the software or anything, just charge it to 100% and it came back after 10 hours.

But I’ll maintain my post because it isn’t stable yet and it has been some 6 or 7 weeks since I’m having those problems repeatedly times, I hope that the development team see this to track some bugs

the problem arrived again.. not being able to use HR neither music.... it's being really annoying

exactly the same problem since 18.22 update. Lost step count, HR, music and when I want to check for an update via Wireless, it says « battery too low to connect via Wireless », but it’s full charged. Is there some actions from Garmin on this issue ? It feel like the watch is in economy mode with most of the functions disabled.

Have you made sure that Battery Saver isn't turned on?

Yes I checked, it's disabled.

If the watch reports low battery, the Battery Saver turns on automatically and disconnects most of the sensors. To reestablish the battery gauge indicator, reset the watch, and go through two full charging cycles (charge to 100% and discharge till shutdown. Twice). will try thanks. THe good news is that when the battery is about 50 % the sensors come back to life. Not at 100% crazy.

Again I’m facing the issue… didn’t do anything diferente, neither update the watch.
