There are several options, how you can share some data:

• Sharing activities - you can add your trainer to your Connections, and make your activities visible to connection (see Add and Remove Connections in Garmin Connect | Garmin Customer Support)
  
  
• Sharing your entire Garmin Connect account - using the feature Authorized Viewers (see Garmin Connect App: Sharing Your Garmin Connect Account | Garmin Customer Support)
  
  
• Having your coach use the Garmin Clipboard Team App, creating a team there, and then joining the team (see Garmin Clipboard Team App | Garmin Customer Support)
  
  
• Taking screenshots of the pages of interest and sharing them just like other photos and images.
