On 12/29, I did a mini tour, straight up, straight down, with a pause at the top to deskin and take a few pictures of the mountains at near-fullmoon. I had my FR955 auto detect asc/desc. When viewing the map, I thought the watch and app failed at auto detect, but when you view the splits, it looks right. This problem also happens in Garmin Connect Web.
