Garmin Pay bug

Around two weeks before Christmas I got the first notification from Garmin Pay, saying that my Visa card needed renewal within 80 days. After several others I got the last notification yesterday saying that my Visa card needs renewal within minus one day. The Visa Card still works, but something needs a little attention.

If I follow the instructions on how to renew the Visa Card, I get no confirmation, that it has been done.
