How do I link my fitness pal to Garmin connect?

    • Log in to Garmin Connect Web. Go to Health Stats > Calories In/Out > Connect to MyFitnessPal

    • Agree
    • Enter your MyFitnessPal Username and Password

    • Allow

    Rather than "Connect to MyFitnessPal," or "reconnect" it should now say "Disconnect from MyFitnessPal," meaning it is connected correctly.
