Why do I keep gettin emergency contact update required

Every time I open up Garmin connect app it tells me that I must update my emergency contacts or they may not receive text or email messages if I have an accident. Once I open it up, I don’t change anything but close it out in the messages gone happens every day. How do I make this go away it’s annoying

Either enter an emergency contact in GC App Menu » Safety & Tracking » Safety Features, or disable the Incident Detection in GC » Device Settings » your device » Safety & Tracking » Incident Detection » activity type » Off

I have three contacts listed and want the incident detection on as I ride by myself a lot

Have your contacts accepted to be emergency contacts? You see that by the confirmed/unconfirmed status.

Yes they have accepted.
