Alarm setting

Hi!
I have the vivismart 4 Watch and i have problem setting the alarm. When i try to set it on the Watch it says to set the alarm on the app but i vant find it on the app. How do i find it?

For my watch (Forerunner 945) I click the watch at the top and then Sounds & Alerts > Alarms
