Map of run was totally wrong location

The map of my run on dec 29 was not showing the actual route I ran. It was about 2 km to the northeast and not reflective of the direction or elevation of true route.

If you have a computer (Mac or Windows), suggest trying Garmin Express, as this can resolve map issues like this - https://www.garmin.com/en-US/software/express/

Which device?

Did you wait long enough for a valid GPS fix before starting ?

Have you previously synchronized the device with Express to obtain the current satellite data (CPE/EPO)?

Garmin 735xt. And yes I waited till it said had acquired location

Hi - thanks for suggestion however i use my iPhone app and I don’t see Garmin express on the App Store. Maybe I will try to reinstall the Garmin app.

Because it's for a desktop operating system, such as Windows or Mac. Cannot be installed on iOS or Android mobile devices.

I update my DriveSmart 65 regularly via Garmin Express but there are far too many errors in directions - e.g. traffic lights that have been installed for over 20 years are still considered roundabouts by my Garmin. How do we notify Garmin of such errors, which seems to be the best way to go. Google Maps lets one do that.
