If I make route’s on Komoot it takes hours to put them on the Edge Explore 2. Even if they show perfect connection. You have to load routes days before you actually need them…. What to do?

How are you loading the route on the Edge? There are several ways you can do it.

I make a route on Komoot on my mobile. Download the gpx to garmin Connect. And there I synchronise with the edge explore.

Do you press the send button to send the route from Garmin Connect to the Edge? And then sync after that? You should see the route right away after sync.

Yes i do it that way. 
It takes hours. I think I will use the garantee. Maybe it needs an update or … something else is wrong with it.

Did anyone find a solution for this? I'm having the same troubles. It takes ages to sync. Sometimes it's fast, sometimes it's extremely slow. Both devices are right next to each other. Both have nothing else to do, Garmin Connect app is open. I can sync all I want but it's extremely unreliable or slow. Both Connect app and Edge Explore 2 are on latest versions.
