Issues connecting to app since recent update

Ever since the most recent watch update, my phone settings in Bluetooth say my phone and Fenix 7s are connected, but when opening the app, my watch is not connected & no attempts to refresh will get it to link up. I have deleted and reinstalled my app a couple times in the last few days. I’ve also deleted and re-added my Fenix to the app multiple times. 

Incidentally, I’ll have random moments during the day where my watch connects and I get notifications & the app updates, but their are very short-lived.
