Unable to pair with my instinct solar garmin watch to my new iPhone there’s no pairing in settings cannot find it ?
Isn't there an option Pair Phone in Menu > Settings on the watch?

Hi the settings has only menu, watch face, history, settings from the left side menu button and if click set it just goes back to the time clock ?
Continue pressing the down button. You should get lots of menu options in the settings part.
