resting heart rate disappeared from my day

The resting heart rate suddenly disappeared from My Day. Any idea how to get it back?

Are you seeing the heart rate card at all, or just missing the resting heart rate part of it? You should see current, resting, and high.

Try adding the heart rate card in the app. Scroll to the bottom of the My Day screen, go to Edit My Day. If heart rate is not under the "My Day Card Order" section, then look under the "Hidden Card" section…

Are you seeing the heart rate card at all, or just missing the resting heart rate part of it? You should see current, resting, and high.

If just the resting piece is missing, then are you wearing your watch 24/7, including during sleep?

My HR is totally gone in Garmin Mobile Connect on my iphone 11. It is recording fine on my F/R 945. It has worked fine for years. Not sure whether I somehow got rid of it by mistake.

Try adding the heart rate card in the app. Scroll to the bottom of the My Day screen, go to Edit My Day. If heart rate is not under the "My Day Card Order" section, then look under the "Hidden Card" section and add it.
