prob of synchro between garmin forerunner 220 and iphone XR (ios 16.7.2)

my Garmin forerunner 220 does not synchronize anymore with garmin connect App on my iphone XR (ios 16.7.2) .

they both connect but do not synchro.

Soft on my forerunner (v 3.10) is said to be updated when I connect it to my PC.

what can I do ?

Remove the watch from the Garmin App - More > Garmin Devices > select Forerunner 220 > 3-dot menu > Remove Device
Remove the watch from iPhone Bluetooth settings > Forerunner 220 > Forget This Device.
Restart both your phone and the watch.
Place Forerunner 220 into Bluetooth pairing mode - Menu > Settings > Bluetooth > Pair Mobile Device
Open Garmin App - More > Garmin Devices > Add Device
Follow the on-screen instructions to pair your Forerunner 220
Contact Garmin Support if issues persist.

I followed instructions, removes both equipments, restarted both equipments, and it does not work.

No synchro, and connection is lost sometime...

very sad ...

Are you able to synch using Garmin Express?
