The last 7 nights of sleep scores have been 50 or below. Prior to that my sleep score was 70-99. My sleep patterns nor sleep quality has changed so I’m wondering why the sudden change? Was there a recent update that affected sleep scores?

No change as far as I know. Which elements of the Sleeps Score changed in comparison to the state before? It may give you some clues where the problem comes from. Did you try restarting or soft-resetting your watch to see whether it helps? However, it can be also just because of the seasonal changes or heating acting on you and on your sleep.
