Because you were sick, perhaps? Is there no recharging at all during the night? How is the HRV, and the stress in comparison to the state before the illness? If you think there is a problem with the watch, make a soft-reset, or reboot it.

Of course ! But why stuck at 5 ? 

5 is the minimal value, it cannot be lower  So if your HRV is so low that no recharging is detected, then the BB stays on the minimal level.
