Just a couple of ideas: What kind of exercise setting did you use? Running, trail running or something else? Were there any GPS glitches? I just remembered that I didn't get some segments because my GPS signal was weak there so my watch didn't think I had run there. Sometimes, editing the session helps, e.g. change the title, add a description or gear and then save it. If you don't get the badge, you can write to customer service. I once missed out on the Valentine's badge because of a glitch and they restored it to me after I wrote to them.
Did you record the run with a Garmin device, or does it come from some 3rd party service like for example Zwift? Or did you enter it manually? Please share a link to the activity, we can have a look at it, and perhaps tell you what was wrong.
