The recording values between my watch (Fénix 6) and my treadmill are quite different, in terms of distance (values greater than 1 km) and recording of calories burned as well.
You need to calibrate the Treadmill activity profile (How Does the Treadmill Calibration Feature Work on My Garmin Watch? | Garmin Customer Support). You can also edit the distance after saving the activity, in Garmin Connect.
As for the Calories - they are not supposed to be identical. By principle the treadmill only shows you the energy spent on the mechanical work, while the watch measures how much the body really burned, using the heart rate and your body parameters. So assuming the body parameters are correct, by principle, the Calories calculated by the watch are more accurate.
