Can't pair Garmin Instinct 2X tactical with iphone

Hello, the Garmin connect app doesn't find the watch, neithe the bluetooth settings on the iPhone.

it tried with 3 iphones (13 mini, 13 pro, and an old X, none finds it), I tried multiple troubleshootings on this forum, none worked, even hard resset the watch twice, I also updated the watch via USB with garmin express, but no luck.

What i am doing wrong? , is it not possible to pair it with iOS?

Use this app https://apps.apple.com/gb/app/garmin-explore/id1276675721 , once is paired you can use any other garmin app.

Hi, did you get an answer to this? I've bought the same for my husband for Christmas and hugely disappointed it won't pair with his iPhone 14 (but will pair with my Samsung!). It seems a complete fail to suggest a Garmin product can't pair with an Apple iPhone - surely this can't be true Garmin??
