I used Fitbit and I watch, my calories burning number is pretty close for what I am doing. But your Gamin watch record is only half of the number and way too low for what I can believe

Unlike some other watches, Garmin's model do not just estimate the calories by the type of activity and by the number of steps, but they measure your HR and compare it to your 7 days average Resting HR and the Max HR. That's normally much more accurate than any tabular estimates based on steps or activity type.
When the HR is below the Resting HR, there are no Active Calories, and you only burn the Resting Metabolic Rate calculated from your body parameters (age, gender, height, and weight).
So if you get too few Calories, either your body parameters are wrong, or the effort was not sufficient to rise your HR above the avg Resting HR enough. That can easily happen when you do not wear the watch 24/7, including periods of deep rest, and sleep. In such case it is advisable to disable the RHR auto-average, and setting up the RHR manually.
