Really on the watch, or rather on the app? I am not familiar with Quatix 6, but I only have Health Snapshot, no Health Stats on my watch. Is it that, what you mean?
I worked it out. It seems to be a battery power mode thing. My Qatix was not showing health stats. I found a reference in the manual that the battery save power mode disables the health stats. So I turned that option off and the Health stats came back.
