can’t find my workouts

I just got a Venu 3s and don’t know where and how to see my workout on the watch, can only find it on the app in my iPhone… can someone tell me how I find it please?

If you really mean Workouts as the pre-planned instructions for a specific activity session, then you can find the instructions in the manual here:

First you must send the workouts from Connect to the watch. After you've sent them and synced you find the workouts like this: Starting a Workout

Thank you! I meant my previous workouts but I was able to find it
