What wrong with Fitness Age. It changes from day to day with no adjustment to my workout routines or weight?

Reenter the weight manually, it looks there is a bug in the way the Fitness Age handles data from Index

No. I have multiple vigorous days each week. Within the last 7-10, it went from showing my average to showing zero. Something has changed. I have read other posts with the same issues, but no resolution. Please escalate. Your answer was not what I was looking for. Garmin 6X Pro Sapphire.

Try reentering your weight.

I use the Garments Index Scale every morning.

Same here. It started happening after latest Connect update.
