Instinct 2 Solar Tactical not pairing with iPhone

My Instinct 2 Solar Tactical stopped syncing with my iPhone. I ended up removing the device and disconnecting Bluetooth from the phone settings. Now I cannot pair the devices again. I downloaded the latest version of Garmin Connect and my iPhone Software is up-to-date. I have multiple times switched the devices off and back on but still no joy. The pairing process goes as far as the password share but then stops after that. I have tried all trouble shoot options multiple times in multiple order combinations.

It looks like you did almost everything to troubleshoot it. As far as I can see, now there remains only the soft-reset of the watch, then (if it does not help) the master reset to factory defaults, and if still no good, contacting the Support.

Thank you very much for your response.

Soft reset did not help and I hope I didn't break my watch with hard reset, as it has been frozen in the startup screen for at least 10 minutes.

Seems like general issue with the latest versions of iOs and Connect. I am having the same issue with Vivomove 3 Style - followed every step from their guides, same result (I even tried it on several other devices). Contacted Garming Support via ticket roughly a week ago, no reply.

You best call or use the chat option, for a prompt reply. Emails often land in the junk folder, or get lost.

"Sorry, we'd like to help you with your device but our online chat is closed right now. Please try again at another time." - That has been the case each time I tried.

Same in the czech variation of Garmin Support: "Omlouváme se, rádi bychom vám s vašim zařízením pomohli, ale náš online chat je momentálně zavřený. Zkuste to prosím jindy."

I have the same watch and I plugged it in last night but didn’t charge and won’t charge now. I’ve cleaned it changed cords and power source but nothing. Any pointers?
