Steps not counting

Does anyone know why my steps suddenly stopped counting at the end of Sept for no reason?  Everything else still syncs but no steps are showing. I’ve tried editing ‘my day’ resyncing and turning my watch off and on but nothing is working…

  • Do you see the steps on your watch?

    If yes, then it is the sync. Sync with Garmin Express. A restart of the watch and phone might also help.

    If no, it is the watch. Restart the watch.
