My VivoActive 4 is reading my Body Battery, but the reading does not appear to be syncing with the app. A restart of the app, phone, and watch did not correct the issue. Anyone have any ideas? It was working fine yesterday.

First of all, have a look at GC Web at https://connect.garmin.com/modern/body-battery - if the data is there, then try reinstalling the phone app.
If it does not help, or when the data is not in GC Web either, then try removing the watch from the app, and then adding it back. See the next day whether it helped (it will not restore the data already lost)
