Why there is no BODY BATTERY in Health Stats? I’m using Forerunner 645 Music
Also no respiration stats, Fitness Age, Health snapshot etc

Because your watch does not support those features

Though not supported on the watch, the Fitness Age should be available at least on the app. Have a look at GC Web, if it is there:
