Sync Fenix 7

Hi,

I use to train with circling apps like Zwift or ROUVY. They upload all the data to GC as usual but I see that those activities do not always sync with my Felix 7 watch.

is there something that I can do in the setup?

    I am not sure what you mean by "sync with the watch". If you mean that the activities are not transferred to the watch, then it is normal, they are not supposed to.

    If you mean that the Training Status is not updated, then I recommend trying to manually trigger the syncing of the watch, possibly even multiple times, in order to get it synced. Also please note, that not all 3rd party apps update the Training Status in Garmin Connect. Only some of them do, and only if the conditions for it are met.     Thank you,

    I mean that, for example, Zwift upload the activity to GC but when I connect GC to Fenix 7 I do not see the activity on the smartwatch. 
    The strange thing is that it happened once that there was the right sync. As you can see from the attached photo an activity that I did last Sunday 15th was well synchronized in fact in the statistic report I see that the source is App Connect. So I suppose it means that  GC sent all the info to G7..

    is there a possibility to “force” the sharing btw GC e F7?

    Thank you in advance and in any case I will continue to check if I’m doing something wrong.

    It is not supposed to do it, AFAIK, and no need for it. The history of activities on your watch, shows the activities that were recorded on the device.

    Hi to all,

    I confirm that between GC and F7 there is a two ways sync. Today I did a ROUVY session. At the end of the session, ROUVY synced with GC and, when GC connected to the F7 the new activity appears on the F7. Good!

    I also understood why last time the activity did not sync in the smartwatch. It was because I started two session in the same time: one in ROUND and one in the smartwatch. At the end the both activities were synced in the GC but in the smartwatch there was only the activity registered there.
