Mistakenly deleted ride

I’ve deleted by mistake a ride from Garmin Connect app on my IPhone and I can’t re upload from my Garmin 520 to Garmin Connect App. I’ve no access to web version

Have you tried Garmin Express? You'll need a Windows or Mac computer to use it.
