Newly introduced notification: "lost connection to Garmin Edge"

Is it possible to disable these newly introduced notifications from the app about lost/resumed connection with Garmin Edge? Don't want to disable notifications completely, just the specific one (introduced in the latest version of the app).

I do not have any Edge, but on the watches it is under Device Settings » Notifications & Alerts » System Alerts » Phone Connection Alerts, so I assume it will be the same or similar with your Edge too.

Yes, I know this option from the watch. But unfortunately, there is no equivalent of this setting in Edge.

... and did you look it up on the Edge too? The app may not be updated yet. On the device it is usually in Menu » Phone » Alerts » Off

It is impossible to configure it on Edge. There is no such option, you can only configure what notifications (mail, sms, etc) are forwarded from the phone.
