It would be nice to have a notification sent out every 1st of the month, which leads to a nice monthly recap (overview), including interesting tidbits of one's training / health metrics and potential insights over the past month. Such a recap could include:
- Sleep metrics
- Running / Cycling / Swimming / other sports metrics and insights
- Recovery metrics, did one recovered adequately or not?
- HR / Power zones
- Overall improvements in sports and health metrics
- etc.
