Fenix 6 Pro solar no more HR/Baro/Oxy/gesture

Hi,

since my last connet to the PC my Fenix 6 Pro Solar has no more HR/OXY/Baro/Gesture Light. The LEDs on the back stay dark.

With every Connect there is a small Update (< 1 Minute) available which installs after disconnect. But afterwards nothing changes.

A factory reset did not change anything.

The System Page shows:

Software 26.00

GPS: 6.60

Wifi: 4.01

BMX: 0.0.0 (!)

WHR: 0.00.00

ANT/BLE/BT: 6.15

Sensor Hub: 0.00

Any idea whats wrong?

Looks like a failed Sensor Hub firmware update. Try updating it manually, using a side-load installation package, even if it is an older one - you will find some on the Beta Program forum. Installation instructions are included there too. You could also try connecting to a computer over the USB cable, and checking for updates with Garmin Express, hoping the Sensor Hub firmware gets fixed.

If it does not help, or if you do not want to mess with it, then you will have to contact the Support.

Fixing it with Garmin Express does not help. As said I do get a Firmware Update every time connecting it to the PC.

Which are the latetst Versions of the Sensor Hub and where exactly do I get the side loading Install package from.

I do not know which is the latest available version of the side-load firmware for F6, but as I wrote, you can find it on the Beta Program forum (see it in the top menu of this page)
